The Executive Order extending New Jersey’s Public Health Emergency is scheduled to expire on March 11th.  Assuming no surprise spike in COVID infections, most employers (excluding healthcare, child care, congregate living, state government contractors) will have discretion in implementing COVID policies, including the recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration.

This webinar will address:

  • Evaluating OSHA’s risk assessment methodology
  • The CDC’s mask and social distancing recommendations
  • How to treat higher risk employees: legal concerns
  • Making the COVID-19 vaccine available
  • Paid sick time: non-retaliation
  • Employee travel
  • OSHA whistleblower protection
  • Record keeping, tracking and privacy
